Garcia Design, Inc. provided landscape architecture services and worked closely with the developer and architect to program the outdoor spaces for the common pavilion, community gardens, streetscapes, intimate courts, and an outdoor café plaza. The project is noteworthy for being the first green building project and affordable sustainable transit oriented development in East Austin.
